Singkaw
Singkaw 2009 is now out. It is the official literary folio of The Harrow. Themed, "Sa Balikat ni Juan", Singkaw contains the melange of burdens laid on the shoulders of Juan dela Cruz. It reflects a country facing one of the century's hardest crises. "Ang tigang na lupa ay hindi dahilan upang di magamit ang singkaw. Kalagan na ang kalabaw at ipahila ang karosa, marami pa tayong gagawin..."
